Jawa Peni took a leap by introducing the MyBook brand through an outsourcing system. A remarkable growth of MyBook sales prompted a pivotal decision in 2004 – an investment in a few fully automatic notebook machines from Germany. This strategic move catalyzed MyBook’s expansion, leading to broader and more even distribution, starting from Java and extending to various other islands, including Sumatra, Bangka, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Ternate, Bali, Lombok, and Papua. Today, MyBook has evolved beyond notebooks, encompassing the production of ruling folios and offering tailored custom orders or OEM to specify their desired specifications, cover designs, and logos.
